• fter a warm shower or bath, massage a thin layer of cream to the area being treated. Wrap the area with several layers of plastic wrap. Relax for one hour, then remove the plastic. Massage in excess cream and do not shower for at least 4 hours. DO NOT USE IF PREGNANT, BREASTFEEDING, OR DIABETIC.
